<Job Responsibilities> Be in charge of:
- Internal recruitment especially for operators in the factory
- HR planning (Hiring process, newbie's onboarding and orientation training, evaluation systems)
- General Affairs (coordinate with the current accounting staff)
- Labor Management (contract/attendance management, union support)
- Other support tasks for other Vietnamese leaders from other departments
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 26-45
・Education: College or higher
・Language: English Intermediate Level (For internal communication)
・Experience: Have at least 3 years working as a GA&HR in a manufacturing company with around 100 employees
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language: Be able to use Japanese
