<Job Responsibilities>
■ Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of employee compensation and benefits.
- Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowances, and working information for employees.
- Conduct follow-ups on contract renewals and oversee the management of employment contracts, ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws and company policies.
- Conduct advanced benchmarking and data analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Develop detailed compensation and benefits reports and present strategic recommendations to management.
■ General Affairs:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Prepare administrative documents, obtain necessary approvals from management, and file documents appropriately.
- Process purchase orders for the office.
- Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs/events in compliance with company needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language skills: English - Business Level (both verbal & written) AND Japanese - Business Level (N2/N3).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on C&B.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- Understanding of local governmental policies, regulations, and labor laws.
