<Job Responsibilities>
This position will manage a small team and collaborate extensively with both Finance and non-Finance functions, to carry out the following key responsibilities:
- Project the financials for new phases of projects and handle financial operations for our business.
- Manage launched phases and business components to achieve key project indicators such as receipts, net cash flow, and profit & loss.
- Develop and submit budgets and forecasts. Lead the budget-setting and FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) function for Business. Work with business leaders to set budgets on a bi-annual basis, reporting regularly on over/underspend, and ensure minimal variance and effective use of capital.
- Manage actual cashflow and profit & loss according to assigned budgets
- Effective tax planning and compliance with regulations
- Ensure accounting and controls for all entities are in accordance with statutory and group standards
- Secure credit and banking facilities for the projects as required
- Active and effective financial operations with respect of the various business components of the project.
- Conduct financial evaluation and due diligence for potential investments
- Conduct financial consolidation for corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 35 ~ 50
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above (Finance, Accounting)
・Language: English Business Level or above
・Experience:
- Have around 10 years of working experience in Finance in the Real estate or Construction industry or any other related industry, in senior positions such as Financial Controller, Finance Director or above.
- Have around 5 years of management experience.
- Experienced with investment analysis, financial modeling
- Experienced securing credit facilities for real estate development
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have around 10 years of working experience in Finance in the Real estate industry.
・Experience in an MNC company that has relations with a joint venture group.
・Experience in consolidation closing operations
・Business combination closing operations
・Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
<Personality / Skills>
・Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented
・Willing and able to be hands-on to complete assigned tasks.
・Have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent leadership skills.
・Able to communicate smoothly beyond age, nationality, and company affiliation
