<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support for the Manager of the Administration Department.
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Schedule management for the manager
- Schedule adjustments including internal and external meetings, domestic and international visitors, business trips, etc.
2. Preparation and translation of documents
- Business communication on behalf of the manager, preparation of various materials, etc.
- Translation of documents between Japanese and Vietnamese
3. Manage necessary documents so that they can be submitted immediately when business cards, meeting materials, etc. are requested
4. Performance reporting (Japanese)
- Monthly performance reports to the Japanese headquarters
- Preparation of materials for annual income and expenditure plan
5. Vietnamese ⇔ Japanese interpretation when trouble occurs (decision-making is carried out by Japanese)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 ~ 33
・Gender: Any
・Education: College diploma
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent JLPT N1) and English conversational level (making and reading materials)
・Experience: More than 1 year experience in general affairs, assistant, or secretary
・Skills: Can use Microsoft Office
