<Job Responsibilities>
Belongs to the Lifestyle and Automotive Department
・Manage order, inventory, and logistics coordination.
・Support salesperson to check stock or claimed products at the supplier’s warehouse.
・Issue and control Sales contracts, shipping documents, Purchase orders (PO), and Delivery orders (DO)
・Control payment from customers and prepare documents for making payments to suppliers
・Correspond, meet, and make arrangements with the local business partners and clients and/or suppliers, including potential customers in the course of business development
・Gather, analyze, and provide information and data concerning the financial, business, and credit status of the local business consultant, partners, and clients
・Gather, find, analyze, and provide information and data relating to any new business proposal and opportunity for the department's business
・Provide reports in a form and with the contents instructed by the company and other related group companies as necessary.
・Attend with Japanese customers in meetings at the supplier’s factory based on request/instruction of the manager, sales staff
・Arrange other required documents to settle internal procedures.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields
・Language: English - Business Level (TOEIC over 800)
・Experience: Have more than 1 year of working experience as a Sales Support.
・Skills: Good MS Office
