<Job description>
- Current customer care; find and tap new customers.
- Send a price request, make a quote & track price feedback from customers.
- Develop and track templates with customers
- Order reception & execution.
- Propose materials based on Forecast & customer orders.
- Responsible for tracking inventory, and coordinating with Sales Admin to urge customers to receive inventory. Deliver out the old sample inventory before moving on to the new one.
- Manage sales plans to achieve goals.
- Resolve and respond to complaints and information requested by customers; Assess customer satisfaction.
- Track and collect debts.
- Perform tasks required by superiors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor/ College Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing or relevant.
- Language: English - Business Level.
- Experience: At least 3 years in B2B Sales (Prioritize industries related to packaging, printing, and plastic products)
- Knowledge of plastic packaging.
- Skills:
+ Good command of personal communications, and negotiation skills
+ Ability to work independently or in group with high pressure and responsibility
