<Job Responsibilities>
• In charge of all activities related to customs procedures & activities for import and export, transportation of Material, machinery, spare parts, and Finished Goods to customers. Logistics for export, customs clearance, and customs liquidation of materials.
• Customs declaration and handling of customs inquiries.
• Arrange & stay informed of changes and progress and be well-updated on the delivery/pick-up schedule.
• Follow up and feedback on the abnormal cargo status to customer.
• Records shipments on a daily control table.
• Understand the customs laws, and update new customs laws to customers.
• Checks the condition of materials and verifies goods.
• In charge of works related to customs declaration data–liquidation records of customer
• Prepare monthly balance reports to compare, and contrast the figures between import/export – accounting – warehouse to find out problems and shortcomings of customers and consult the customer
• Make a state of accounting to customer
• Check the cost from suppliers and make payment request
• Other tasks assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Transportation field
・Gender: Any. Male is preferable
・Age: 23- 35 years old
・Language: English at Conversational Level ( for basic communicating and reading documents, writting email)
・Experience:
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in logistics-related positions in any industry.
- Have knowledge or experience in customs declaration and procedures on finalization settlement
- Understand customs regulations, rules, and policies for EPE companies, Manufacturing companies
・Skills:
- Can use MS Office.
- Good command of Excel data handling skills.
- Good communication skills
<Personality preferred>
- Fast learner, able to work under high-pressure
- Can use VNACCS software fluently.
