Be in charge of various tasks of human resources and general affairs:
- Calculating salary and insurance
- Processing internal recruitment based on company strategy
- Checking contracts for office supplies, vendors, company cars, etc...
- Arranging for guests
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: Japanese Conversational Level (N3-Internal Communication) OR English business level
・Experience: More than 2 years of experience in GAHR position in a Japanese company
・Having experience in salary and PIT calculation,
・Can use Excel well
・Others:
- Can commute to factory in Thai Binh
- Good command of Microsoft
