<Job Responsibilities>
I. Customer Service (70%)
1. Sales support
- Receive customer's order.
- Update delivery schedule, prepare delivery order sheet and related documents, cooperate with warehouse vendor to arrange goods delivery to customer on time.
- Analyze order and forecast data and discuss with the sales team to see demand trends and fluctuation, and update forecast to the Purchasing team.
- Cooperate with the accounting department to issue invoices to customers;
- Prepare documents per requirements following the customer's payment process
- Update data to systems, and make reports as requested.
- Response to requests from customers
2. Warehouse and logistics
- Monitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers
- Cooperate with the logistics agency to be responsible for all related documents, procedures, and processes for import and export (HS code, tax rate, customs clearance...)
- Follow up together with the logistics agency to finish the import-export procedure in time and efficiently
- Supervise/ instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound and outbound, and proper warehouse operation
- Control relating fee/ cost
II. Office admin (30%)
- Handle incoming calls, welcome guests, book hotels, airlines, and restaurants for business trips, and welcome guests
- Purchase and control stationary, and office equipment, follow up on repairs and maintenance of premises and office equipment.
- Claim and manage office expenses: office rental, car rental, telephone fee, electricity, parking fee, etc...
- File and store admin contracts in the HCM office. Other tasks requested by management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economy and Business Administrative is preferable
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 2 years or above of Sales Support and Logistics management experience
- Good work ethic, capacity to learn and adapt to changes at work
- Positive-minded, strong in organizing, good skill of time management
