<Job Responsibilities>:
• Supervise the installation, construction, maintenance, commissioning, and operation of the solar system in a safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike manner.
• Based on professional experience, equipment history and O&M manuals, establish scope, frequency, and method for preventive (systematic and on-condition) and corrective maintenance tasks for the solar system.
• Specify the requirements and procure electrical spares and services.
• Supervise work on attributed system ensuring safe, effective, and efficient implementation of work method statement.
• Manage the solar system documents including EPC contract, warranty, punch/site note, NCR report, O&M, procedure, check list, test report, RCA, and all technical documentation as well as spare parts.
• Support the other areas in plant to do maintenance, troubleshooting electrical system, maintaining the plant in good operation condition.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >

・Graduated from University with a major in Electrical Engineering.
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience:
+ Minimum 3 years experience in Solar systems including Installation, construction, commissioning, operation
+ Minimum 5 years experience in plant maintenance engineering or equivalent industrial Environment including maintenance engineering of plant electrical equipment and maintenance work planning
<Other Skill / Experience>
• Skilled in planning and problem analysis for electrical components.
• Strong experience in supervising, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar, UPS, and BESS systems, including documentation control.
• Familiar with electrical single-line diagrams, circuits, P&ID drawings, and maintenance of local electrical facilities (GIS, transformers, circuit breakers, MCC, etc.).
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and shift work if necessary.
<Preferable skills > :
• Having certificates in solar project construction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, as well as training in electrical facilities (generators, motors, transformers, etc.).
