<Job Responsibilities>
・Handling and Managing whole HR tasks of 80 employees in a factory
・Managing HR System, salary, social insurance, recruitment, staff training
・Managing Payroll and employment contract
・Managing and checking subordinate tasks and process
・Finding out the details of any changes in labor laws and share them internally
・Reporting and communicating to Japan head office's HR department
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-35
・Education: College diploma or higher
・Language: English Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Human Resources in any industry
・Personality: Having a positive attitude toward work and the ability to proactively make suggestions and offer opinions
