<Position Objective/Expectation>
- Serves customers by selling products, and meeting customer needs.
<Job Responsibilities>
1. PO & Stock Calculation
- Weekly update customer’s forecast to see the trend.
- Calculate current stock to issue new orders with proper quantity and time.
2. Shipment Arrangement
- Book flight/vessel.
- Issue shipping document.
- Follow custom clearance, inbound-outbound process.
- Pay for tax if have.
3. Collection and Report
- Collect original documents monthly.
- Make monthly sales plans, cash flow, or other reports as requested.
4. Communication and Negotiation
- Communicate well with all parties to give the best solution & cost savings.
- Deal with forwarders to get a better rate.
5. Other duties assigned by the Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English at Business Level.
・Experience: 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or similar positions.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
・Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
・Attention to details.
・Able to join as soon as possible.
