<Job Responsibilities>
- Meet sales goals and quotas assigned by the management.
- Support and maintain positive customer and business partner relationships and develop strong relationships with key accounts. Address customer questions and concerns expeditiously and professionally.
- Develop new business prospects (hospitals, labs, clinics, etc.) in specific geographic areas through prospect visits, cold calls, and all other applicable methods.
- Demonstrate competency in company and competitive product knowledge. The Sales Executive is responsible for having instrument knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate company products.
- Provide product, sales, and marketing support to distributors.
- Responsible for timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as daily and monthly reports, expense
reports, etc.
- Provide the company management with market trends and competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions.
- Create sales proposals and discuss them with the General Manager and Sales Support Specialist.
- Perform duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines.
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational conferences
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 ~ 35
・Gender: Male prefer
・Education: Four-year bachelor's degree or above (degree in biotechnology, life science, business administration, or related discipline).
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in sales (IVD sales preferred).
* IVD = In Vitro Diagnostics
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in hospital clinical laboratory markets with demonstrated success is an advantage.
- Experience working at a Japanese company is a plus.
