<Job Responsibilities>
1. Interpretation:
- Provide direct interpretation during meetings and discussions between the CEO and partners, clients, and employees.
- Translate documents, emails, and texts from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
2. Document Approval;
- Receive and return documents that require the CEO’s signature.
- Track and update the progress of document approvals.
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist the CEO with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing work schedules.
- Coordinate appointments and business trips for the CEO.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Foreign Language is highly preferred
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or above) and English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Interpreter/ Assistant for Japanese Manager or higher level.
・Other requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and other work-related tools
- Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.
- Having the ability to fully comprehend and interpret ideas exactly.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Priority will be given to candidates possessing knowledge of any of the following:
+ Manufacture of pharmaceutical products.
+ Pharmaceutical research and development.
+ Regulatory affairs
