<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Work closely with our Japan headquarters to manage the manufacturing process and lead our local team.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Process Improvement: Implement and maintain quality control systems, production planning, and delivery schedules.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- New Product Introduction: Support the introduction of new products by collaborating with design and engineering teams.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Japan headquarters on production metrics, quality issues, and project progress.

-Over 5 years of experience in quality and production management in the apparel industry

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
