<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales of auxiliary materials and consumables for the manufacturing industry.
- Responsibilities: Managing existing customers, and acquiring new customers.
- Ideal work schedule: 4 days per week visiting customers, 1 day in the office for paperwork.
- Activities include: making appointments by phone or email, proposing products, closing deals, and managing projects (customer data management, delivery management, after-sales service, etc.)
- KPIs: While no specific quotas exist, activity KPIs will be set and monitored monthly.
- Collaboration with Hanoi and other bases
*When traveling by car, sometimes do email work and other tasks within the office.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Male
・Age: 23-30 years old
・Education: Bachelor's Degree. A background in engineering is preferred.
・Languague: English - Business Level (TOEIC 600+)
・Experience & Skills:
- Experience in the industrial sector is highly valued.
- Must be comfortable with car sickness as in-car work is required during business trips.
- Have good motivation for New client's development
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Sales Experience: Technical sales experience is preferred (including on-site inspections of cutting oils at manufacturing facilities)
・Ability to speak Japanese is a plus but not mandatory.
・Technical Skills: A background in engineering is preferred.
・Not job hopper, Good understanding of Japanese company culture
