<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive information from customers, and the sales Department to inform related departments timely
- Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
- Making a standby list of machines
- Make rental contracts with customers
- Make white invoices, issue VAT invoices, follow and collect the receivable amount and others as being assigned.
- Monitor and extend machinery inspection
- Update contract and debt status weekly
- Search and negotiate with suppliers if necessary
- Other tasks as may be assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: female
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: English at Intermediate Level
・Experience: Have 2-3 years of experience as a Sales admin, or sales coordinator in any industry
