<Job Responsibilities>
1. Compliance:
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or address violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Implement and update the Company's Group Policy.
• Evaluate the impact of updates from the Company's Group Policy (twice a year), report to the General Director, and consider how to apply them to the Company's Fintech Vietnam.
• Be responsible for compliance and governance, especially related to the Company's Group and Company's product.
• Collaborate with company product, corporate counsels, and HR departments to monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations.
• Check processes and results, and report periodically to the General Director (including purchasing, payment, assets, etc.).
• Manage risk through Monthly Subsidiary Reports, Business Continuity Plans, and Personal Data, and proactively contact stakeholders to resolve any risk issues.
• Review colleagues' work when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments within or outside the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
• Perform other administrative work as assigned by the HR Manager.
2. Security:
• Work with the IT team to review processes and results related to internet usage, email security, company devices, log checks, and access rights.
• Report to the General Director periodically.
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
• Coordinate staff responses to emergencies and alarms.
• Handle and support Security Training
• Review reports on incidents and breaches.
• Investigate and resolve issues.
• Create reports for management on security status.
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g., implementation of new technology).
• As a member of the Computer Security Incident Response Team, address related issues.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
・Languages: English - Business Level
・Knowledge & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Compliance Officer, Security Officer, or in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
• Experience in Risk Management.
・Soft Skills:
• Strong written communication skills for documenting audit findings, procedures, and compliance reports.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering clear and concise information to stakeholders.
• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
• An analytical mind capable of understanding the complexities of procedures and regulations.
• Experience working in a Japanese company.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese language skills are a plus.
About interview
