 Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

JOB DUTIES
 Report to Vietnam IT Manager (Male, around 40 years old)
 Assigned to IT Department. Team with 3 members. There’re one Cobol Developer among them. This position will cooperate with that one when joining.
 Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and supporting core insurance system (COBOL language) 
- Running daily, monthly & yearly batch jobs 
- Providing data to other departments as requested 
- Communicating with end-users, understanding users’ request and giving solutions 
- Communicating with outsource consultants in resolving IT issues 
- Analyzing, designing and developing requirements (Assist in the System Development Life Cycle)
- Exploring and operating core insurance application 
2. IT help desk, troubleshooting on core insurance system


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Experience & Background:
- Education: University graduated 
- Experience & Qualification: 
 Above 2 years in SMART/400 COBOL developer and XML, SQL are a must 
 RPG, P/400 system are advantage 
 General insurance knowledge is a plus 
- Foreign language: Fluency in Speaking and Writing English
