GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: Chinese Speaking – Chief Accountant – Garment
 Level: Manager
 Contract Term: Permanent 
 Recruitment Reason: Expand
 Working Location: Long An Province
 Working Time: Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm)
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES
 Report to General Manager
 Main Tasks:
- To prepare the company’s budget and control expenses. Prepare monthly report pertaining to the company’s financial status (BA/PL/Cash Flow) 
- Manage money collection and credit control. Conduct monthly projection collection meeting.  Direct issuance of invoices so that the company receives payment promptly and fully from customers for all amounts due. 
- To manage the company’s fund. 
- Ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable records. Maintain and monitor, especially long outstanding balances and to take necessary action for debts recovery. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Must:
 Gender: Female
 Age: Any
 Qualification: Bachelor Degree 
 Language Skills: fluency in spoken and written Chinese
 Experienced as Chief Accountant, able to manage members
 Good communication skills
 Good sense of responsibility, good teamwork
 Experience in Multinational Corporation is definitely an advantage.
