JOB DUTIES
" Report to Japanese General Manager (male, 40s)
" Team size: 5 members
" Job Responsibilities:
- Perform business development tasks aiming at Japanese corporate clients in industrial parks (IPs) and/or export processing zones (EPZs)
- Search and approach target clients in South market, mainly in HCMC and surrounding areas
- Regularly update on new products / technologies of the company via on-the-job training as well as overseas training case by case
- Try to achieve individual sales target; support other members to reach team overall performance
- Act as contact window to collect and solve client's enquiries
- Work closely with technical team in HCMC and back office team in Hanoi to ensure smooth services towards clients
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Japanese Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
" Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in technical field
- Language skill(s): Japanese business level (for communication with target clients) AND English business level (for internal communication)
- From 2+ years of experience working as B2B Sales with technical products to multi-national corporate clients
- Candidates with exactly compressor experience are NOT preferred
- Strong at searching and approaching new prospects for the company
- Having B2 driving license is an advantage OR the company sponsors for B2 driving license course in order that the sales staff will drive himself to client's site later on (must)
