Japanese Speaking - Production Controller - Manufacturing

GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - PRODUCTION CONTROLLER - MANUFACTURING

 Level: Leader

 Contract term: Permanent

 Work time: Monday-Saturday (8:00am-5:00pm)

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Japanese Production Manager (male, 40s), dotted line to Japanese General Director (male, 50s)

 Assigned to Production Department

 Job Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and cooperate with suppliers

- Progress management of Assembly department and processing sector

- Control purchasing and production amount according to clients’ demand

- Support and negotiate with both internal and external clients as well as headquarter in Japan

- Warehouse management (control number of parts, production, stock…)

- Cooperate with Finance and Customs Clearance of goods based on stocktaking, inventory count…

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields

- Language skill(s): Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3)

- At least 3 years of experience working at similar position in Japanese manufacturing companies

- Experience in metal-processing or assembly factories and/or EPE (enterprise processing support) companies is preferable

 Desirable Characters:

- Gender: Male preferable

- Age: Around 30s
