Japanese Speaking - Deputy Factory Manager - Manufacturing

GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - DEPUTY FACTORY MANAGER - MANUFACTURING

 Level: Manager

 Contract term: Permanent

 Work location: Ben Cat, Binh Duong

 Work time: Monday-Saturday (8:00am-5:00pm)

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Japanese Factory Manager (male, 40s), dotted line to Japanese General Director (male, 50s)

 Manage around 50 staffs

 Job Responsibilities:

- Manage all sections (Production, Purchasing, QA/QC, R&D, Admin-HR, Finance-Accounting) 

- Find out issues and take measures to solve them

- Check weekly / monthly / quarterly production result data and report to General Director

- Organize and strengthen factory structure to seek for business profit

- Have a firm viewpoint of management

- Engage in negotiations with governmental authorities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields

- Language skill(s): Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3)

- At least 3 years of experience working at similar position in Japanese manufacturing companies

- Experience in metal-processing factories and/or factory launching is preferable

 Desirable Characters:

- Gender: Male preferable

- Age: Up to 40s
