JOB DUTIES
Report to General ManagerAssigned to HR-GA DepartmentMain Tasks:Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.Building up company's salary structure, KPI for whole company and manage performance review systemManaging Employee Recognition programs,
Performance & Reward programs, Recruitment, Employment cost & budget control.Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policiesDeal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills

Must:Gender: AnyAge: AnyLanguage Skills:English – business levelApplicants who can speak Japanese will be preferableAt least 3 years working experience in HR at the same level and candidates who is experienced in Garment firm will be preferable.
