JOB DUTIES
Report to Senior Executive, Manager and General ManagerAssigned to Claims DivisionJob Responsibilities:Handling and managing motor claims in Hanoi and motor claims exceeding the limits of HCMCConducting survey and adjustment of motor claims in the Northern AreaConducting the site survey and follow up surveys in other lines with focus on Non-Marine (NM) claims as assignedConducting subrogation and salvage recover in cases where applicableManaging the outsourced surveyors where appliedMotor claims analysis & reports as required by ManagementOther jobs as assigned by ManagementTo handle motor claims in Hanoi, all channelsTo survey and adjust motor claims as assignedTo follow the standard loss adjusting approaches of the CompanyTo conduct the site survey and follow up surveys in Non-Motor claims (NM claims) as assigned by the TeamTo join the required trainings to be delivered by outsourced providers or by Regional OfficesTo deliver necessary training sessions to garage staff, Bancassurance staff and sales staffTo use and manage the E-Claim System and its related tasks/projects in order to well support the motor claims services of the companyTo comply with the guidelines of the Claims Manual and compliance requirementsTo set appropriate reserves within the authorized limit and report to authorized persons as requiredTo follow up outstanding claims information and negotiate with claimant for settling of the claimsTo keep a good communication with customers (internal and external) to achieve greater customer satisfaction claims servicesTo observe accuracy, completeness and timeliness when carrying out daily responsibilitiesTo prepare reports, statistics for relevant internal meetingsContribute to the sales function of the Company:Be alert to identify sales opportunities in the course of handling claims, and drawing these to the attention of appropriate staff without delayAssist in handling claims in a way which will enhance the Company’s image and reputation for services of high speed and efficiencyEnsure that cases beyond personal authority are preferred correctly with full supporting information and opinion and that the direction of higher authority is supported and implemented without delaysTo execute other office tasks as required by the Company
Job RequirementS
Desirable Background & Experience:Qualification: Graduates from the Motor or Mechanical Fields. Hanoi Poly-Technology University is a priority.Language Skills: Good command of English Minimum working experience as a Service Staff at the Service Centers of Japanese Car DealersEffective inter-personal exchange skills is required to create and expand partnership with internal and external customers as well as to influence the way the business partners think, feel or behaveAnalytical and synthetically abilityDesirable Character:Gender: AnyAge: Below 30 preferredPersonality: customer focus, driving results, problem solving, managing execution, collaborative, ethical, compliant, communicating with impact
