JB DUTIES:
Report to S&D Division Manager

Job Responsibilities:
QC Manager is responsible for performing the testing tasks and reporting directly to the Team lead in the project and Team Manager. The duties and responsibilities describe how the QC Manager should work what they will be evaluated on
Follow & apply the company process
Develop the test strategy and workflow/framework for testing in the projects and/or company
Leading the team to discover new connections, new solutions, and new ways of doing their jobs
Identify unclear or inconsistent items in specifications and ask questions to clarify these
Analyze and raise the issues, propose the solution/method to improve the system.
Review and accept the project plan at the start of the project and specifically the milestones and hours for test case writing and testing
Have a proactive and good work relationship with other team members
Execute test and analyze/report Test results
Understanding of working processes
Ability to design a small project's testing plan based on information of customer's requirement
Responsible for creating the test plan in the assigned projects.
Training/Coaching the staff in slower level
Demonstrate the ability to design efficient cases and analyze the test result to everyone to study
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
Qualification: University level
Language Skills: Excellent in English or Japanese (Japanese is preferable)
General IT knowledge
Have more than 5 years’ experience in testing, with 2-3 years’ experience in Management level
Good written communication skills
A commitment to deliver quality applications
ISTQB/ISEB Foundation level
Advanced knowledge of testing in multiple platforms/browsers
Ability to disseminate technical information in a team environment
Familiarity with Software configuration management tools
