JOB DUTIES
Report to TBR Sales Leader (Vietnamese male, 30s), dotted line to Sales and Marketing General Manager (male, 40s)Assigned to Sales DepartmentTeam size: 3-4 membersJob Responsibilities:Spend 75% working time on fieldDo assigned regions’ sales target and strategyMake sales planning to achieve sales target Manage, control and motivate sales representatives following company directions within the approved budgetEnforce sales management system to manage productivity, efficiency and control sales budgetAssist Marketing Department to do branding strategy Lead sales representatives to hit sales target following sales strategy, objectives and tactics of the company in the assigned regionsCoordinate with other departments effectively in implementing business objectivesAttend training programs organized by Sales and A&A DepartmentsEnsure compliance with regulations and policies of Sales Department and the companyOther ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
