GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: ASSISTANT CUM INTERPRETER TO DIRECTOR IN HUNG YEN – CONSUMER GOOD
Work Time:
Monday-Friday (7:30~16:00)
Saturday (7:30~16:00) twice per month
Allowance(s): Governed under VN law
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance bonus quarterly (almost 2-month salary)/ Performance review biannually (usually half-month salary) / Bonus for special occasions (Tet, Independence day, Unification day)
JOB DUTIES
Job Responsibilities:
Assist General Director by Vietnamese-Japanese translation
Translate documents and interpret in internal and external meeting for staffs
Be responsible for secretarial tasks (preparing meetings, book schedule, manage documents and reports, etc.)
Other tasks assigned by Japanese Director
Job RequirementS
Desirable Background & Experience:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
Language Skills: Japanese Business level (fluent in written and spoken skills)
At least 1 year of working experience in the same position
Desirable Character:
