JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese Accountant

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          - Assist to Japanese Manager and Vietnamese Accountant

-          - Responsible for budget preparations; handle contracts; make bank deposits; pay bills; issue payment requests

-          - Communicate with external accounting firms in order to prepare financial statements and reports; keep the General Director informed as to the balances of internal accounts; and prepare payroll. 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          -Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          -Language Skills: Japanese – Business Level N2

-          -Have at least 2 years of experience as Accountant using English

§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: Any

-          Age: Under 33

-          Personality: teamwork, active, good communication skill
