JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese General Manager
§ Assigned to Factory Automation Division
§ Job Responsibilities:
- - Translate letters, reports and documents from Vietnamese into Japanese and vice versa
- - Type, prepare, file letters and control outgoing and ingoing documents
- - Arrange and interpret at meetings
- - Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/etc. for the upper management
- - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- - Responsible for budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and ensure the performance
- - Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data
- - Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- - Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- - Assist to Japanese General Manager and General Director as required
- - Other duties will be discussed at the interview
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
- - Languages: Japanese Business Level
- - 3 years’ working experience as General Affairs or Sales Assistant or Secretary in Japanese companies
- - Experience studying abroad for MBA or in Japanese universities preferable
- - Actively/ able to handle business with less of supervision
- - Process high energy and result-oriented
- - Good communication and negotiation skills
- - Good team player
