JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Japanese Manager and Vietnamese Chief Accountant

§  Assigned to Admin and Accounting Dept

§  Main Tasks:

-        Checking & ensuring accuracy figures of all transactions incurred in month.

-        Examine the legally and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents.

-        Supervise and finish timely all kinds of report such as:

·         Closing accounting books (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

·         Taxes including VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT

-        Manage general expense, invoices etc…

-        Other duties upon request of Chief Accountant and General Manager

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Experience & Background:

-        Qualification: Bachelor Degree, major in Tax/Accounting/Finance.

-        Language Skills: English: business level

-        Experienced in same position at Foreign Trade companies. Preferable being same position in Tax service company.

-        Years of experience: at least 3 years

-        Professional Skill:

-          Understanding Financial Reports (Income Statement/ Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow)

-          Foreign Trade knowledge

-          Time skill management, risk management.

-        Gender: Female

-        Age: From 26 years old

-        Personality: Careful, detailed, calm, reliable, enthusiastic, responsibility
