JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Procurement Manager
§ Main Tasks:
- To contact to local and international supplier or manufacturer and inquiry for quotation, and other required document.
- To check and input the terms and conditions on Purchase Orders and other contract document under the instruction of Procurement Executive / Manager.
- To Operate Procurement System called e-PBCS to issuing PO and Control those Order.
- To coordinate with each Sub system manager, construction team and Logistic team to complete Orders, including Document checking such as “Request for Procurement”.
- To support negotiation and other Procurement Activity for Procurement Executive/Manager, translate English to Local Language either Verbal or document.
- To control/confirm the Contract Price and Invoice amount for Controlling the Payment.
- To update the Procurement Schedule for Various Item.
- Any tasks instructed by Procurement Manager
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience and background:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree, preferable major in Commercial, Economics, etc. ..
- Fluent in English, in particular strong skill in speaking, writing, interpretation and translation in English.
- Experienced of working in a multi-cultural Procurement team/company such as Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing staff...
- Experienced of working as Procurement/purchasing in construction field is preferable
- Proficient in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office, Excel.

- Gender: Female
- Age: 28 - 30
- Interpersonal skills: careful, hardworking, be able to handle multiple tasks.
