JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese General Manager, Overseas Division
§ Main Tasks:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Responsible for budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and ensure the performance
- Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Process sales orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact suppliers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Assist Japanese Sales Manager whenever necessary
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: Both Japanese and English business level (all skills required)
- Relevant years of working experience as office admin & sales support
- Prior experience in start-up company is highly preferred
