Work details
The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring client requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from development team. Lead, coordinate and establish requirements definition and use-case modeling by outlining the system's functionality and delimiting the system; for example, establishing what actors and use cases exist, and how they interact. The detail as below: - Gather business and system requirements from client. - BA planning and monitoring - Assist clients in defining requirements and suggest ideas - Create SRS (System Requirement Spec), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules) and wire frame for complex UCs (if needed). - Use Jira and Confluence following the best practices for BA into the company. - Work with UI for UI design and screen mock up. - Reviewing and providing the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface. - Assist PM on project scope, estimation and planning. - Assist PM on requirement sign off process. - Assist PM in managing project change requests. - Transfer requirements from Clients to other teams, and ensure that the requirements are understood properly. - Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR and implementation. - Support in System testing, UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client, use bug tracking applications. - Become a main support when interacting Japanese customers, supporting Management and Sales teams in variety of tasks (Creating sale quotations, planning, creating partnerships). - Japanese support (translate documents, Gather requirements, perform trainings,…) - Travel if required to perform meetings with the clients
