JOB DUTIES

§  They have plan to start up factory on October 2017

§  Preparation factory and start business.

ü  Interpretation, document translation for order to corporation factory.

ü  Deploying the application documentation system ISO to enhance efficiency in the management operations of the Company

ü  Submit report to Japanese Director

ü  Confirm production status of products.

ü  Before running factory, processes and acquires ISO(ISO9001,14000)

ü  Corresponding ISO

ü  Prepare, update and improve the processes and regulations related to the quality management system of the Company.

ü  Meet the customer demands about production.

ü  Keep and improve quality of products.

ü  Check the product before shipment

 
Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

ü  Qualification: Bachelor Degree

ü  Language Skills: Japanese Business (More than N2)

ü  English Business

ü  Minimum 2 years as relevant work experience.

ü  Ability to work at a quick and steady pace with a sense of urgency.

ü  Knowledge Export process, manufacturing process

ü  Better Experienced at assistant in Japanese company or foreign company

§  Desirable Character:

ü  Gender:  Any

ü  Age:  around 30

ü  Proficiency in use of MS office.

ü  Personality: people who have ability to respond quickly to business.
