GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Production Control
Work Time:
Monday-Friday (08:00～17:00)
Saturday: morning 08:00～17:00 every other week
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once or twice per year / Net profit share / Others if any
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Vietnamese leader / Japanese Director
Manage 2 staffs and 20-30 workers
Assigned to Production Control Department / Team with 2 members
Job Responsibilities:
- Production Control
- Manage 2 staff and 20-30 workers
- Report to VN leader or JP Director in English
- Expected to be a leader depending on performances and experiences
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English more than conversational
- Experience in production Control more than 3 years
- Experienced in Japanese company
- Others (Preferable): Experienced in steel industry
Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: up to 40
