§ Position: R&D SUB CHIEF - MANUFACTURING

§ Work location: Ben Cat, Binh Duong (company bus)
§ Work time: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5:00pm)
§ Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese R&D Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Follow work procedure of R&D Department
- Coordinate with related departments (sales, production, purchasing, logistics, QA/QC…) to follow up with new product launching projects
- Study about the root cause of issues and/or NG products in all production stages
- Do experiment on machines to understand their operation -> train other staffs
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree (must) from University of Science or Technology (preferable)
- Language skill(s): English business level
- From 1+ years of experience working in packaging / printing factories
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Any
- Age: 26-30
- Personality: studious, hard-working, good teamwork
