GENERAL INFORMATION

-        Position: Merchandiser

-        Work Location:  Hanoi

-        Work Time: Monday-Friday (8:30～17:30)

JOB DUTIES

-        Expand Market growth and increase Customer

-        Support Japanese Manager

Main Tasks:

-        Contact to the person who is in charge of textile in japan and report progress of products

-        Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs

-        Making quotation and check red invoice about it

-        Interpret Documents from Japanese to Vietnamese or English.

-        Make sure that products are produced on time and are kept good quality.

-        Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed

-        Finding new distributors in North area

-        Making documents about forwarding

-        Response Email or Phone or SNS even in the holiday

-        Follow the customers who come to inspection or business travel

-        Booking flight ticket, car, hotel for Japanese Manager

 

Job RequirementS

-        Desirable Background & Experience:

-        Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

-        Language Skills:         Japanese Conversation level (N3 and More)

               English Conversation level

-        Having experienced in Sale or Merchandiser

-        Experienced as a Leader is preferable

 

-        Desirable Character:

-        Gender: Any

-        Age: 20’s ～40’s
