Paralegal - Law firm

GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: Paralegal in Hanoi office

§  Work Location: Hanoi office

§  Work Time: 2 Day off / a week  (Mon. - Fri. 8:00am-17:30pm )

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

§  Benefit(s): Annual Leave / Kinds of insurance based on Vietnamese Law.

§  Selection Process: Two rounds (face-to-face)

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Main Tasks:

ü  Preparation of various kinds of application dossiers to be submitted to authorities.

ü  Preparation of providing legal advice to clients.

ü  Translation works (English to Vietnamese and vice versa)

ü  Research (laws and regulations, any other documents.)

ü  Checking law revisions 

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

ü  Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Japan, Vietnam, or other overseas law department or law school graduate

ü  Having a good command of English (Japanese skills preferable)

ü  Who has working experience as a paralegal or legal assistant at a Vietnamese or any other overseas law firms

ü  Who has given a legal advice or worked as a consultant at a Vietnamese or any other overseas accounting firms.

ü  Who has worked at a legal department or Investigation department at a Vietnamese or any other overseas companies

§  DDesirable Character:

ü  Gender: Any

ü  Age: under 35

ü  Those who are conscious of confidentiality obligation because they deal with confidential information as a law firm and who can trust

ü  When commuting to our office, reasonable distance and commuting time
