§  Work time:                     Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Saturday (8:00am - 5:00pm, off twice per month)

§  Allowance(s): 390.000 VND per month (fixed)

§  Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Vietnamese Quality Manager

§  Manage 4-5 staffs

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Perform independent evaluation, selection, and application in making adaptations and modifications to products and processes

-          Receive assigned total project leadership responsibilities on a portion of major significant projects and will be given total management responsibility for smaller projects

-          Manage and provide leadership for the functional group’s development, direction and effectiveness, adhering to organizational policies and processes and supporting overall business and corporate objectives

-          Implement and understand FDA or regulatory requirements as necessary

-          Work with quality management, manufacturing and other functional groups on regulatory and quality system compliance

-          Highlight risks and understand how to approach and complete tasks, avoiding serious delays and considerable expenditure of time and resources

-          Interact with peers across projects to secure resources and commitments

-          Handle frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts; represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects

-          Follow technical specification requirements and provide feedback on various technical processes and procedures

-          Present effectively complex technical information/analysis and respond to questions from technical staff members and management

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering

-          Language skill(s): English fluent

-          Computing: MS Office proficiency

-          Minimum 4 years’ experience including 2 years of GMP manufacturing experience (must); Medical Device manufacturing experience (preferred)

-          Demonstrated skills in technical innovation, technical leadership, mechanical and/or chemical engineering, fluids engineering and cellular biology

-          Strong interactive skills in general communication, cross-functional participation and influence, project management and coordination with cross-functional team members

-          Strong technical problem solving skills

-          Understanding of and adherence to GMP practices and FDA regulations

-          Knowledge and ability to implement FDA or regulatory requirements as necessary
