- Monday-Friday (9:00~18:00)

JOB DUTIES
§ Report directly to Vietnamese Manager, indirectly to Japanese CEO
§ Main Tasks:
- Be responsible for all general affairs and administration activities
- Ensure office facilities, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephone, electricity, water, AC, pantry, snacks are in good condition and ready for use and be controlled
- Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
- Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
- Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels etc.)
- Keep track of employees’ attendance (absence, leave)
- Keep resignation in lowest ratio through supporting all teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance team work spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve good production target.
- Take care of benefits for employees: birthday, marriage, etc.
- Support other department activities as required
- Other tasks or responsibilities are assigned by BOD
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Audit or equivalent
- Language Skills: Japanese Upper Business Level (At least N2)
- 5+ years’ working experience in General Affair section at management level
- Experience in foreign company from Europe and Western countries preferred
- Experience with global team management and frequent interaction with global headquarter is a strong plus
- Must have the ability to communicate with senior management, non-financial staff and Japanese parent company and other global peers
- Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills
