ü Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) (breaking time: 12:00 AM- 01:30 PM)
ü Saturday: morning 8am-12pm

JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Assigned to Sales Department
§ Main Tasks:
ü Support Japanese manager.
ü Introduce apartment/service apartment to Japanese customer.
ü Make good relationship with owner.
ü Support to negotiate contract
ü Support Client in procedure such as: invoice, residence registration
ü Other duties are assigned.
Job RequirementS
§ Must:
ü Gender: Female
ü Age: under 42
ü Qualification: Bachelor Degree
ü Language Skills: Japanese- N2 , English - conversational
ü Experience in Real Estate will be highly preferable
