JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Support service strategy set by Regional/Management, thus develop and recommend short and long term proposal through appropriate market an product research
- Undertake the primary responsibility for partner management and customer service
- Coordinate closely with regional team for support and guidance
- Act as first level of post-sales technical support for all Epson product ranges
- Ensure spare part availability through proper forecasting and management
- Understand local environmental and product safety standards
- Guarantee cost management and control
- Analyze reports/data and provide for management reporting
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
- Language skill(s): English fluent
- Computing: MS Office tools
- From 3+ years of experience in area of customer service support, especially IT partner management
- Experienced in SAP and CRM systems as well as B2B service support
- Good analytical mindset and professionalism in handling partners and customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Gender: Male preferable
- Age: Around 30s
- Personality: confident, responsible, able to withstand different levels of stress
