SALES EXECUTIVE - TRADING

GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: Sales Executive – Trading

§  Recruitment Reason: Replacement for one current staff

§  Expected joining date: Asap

§  Work Location: HCMC

§  Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

§  Salary Range: Gross USD 600 - 800

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year

§  Benefit and Allowance: Annual Leave 18 days per year / Insurance based on Vietnamese Law, Phone allowance (VND300.000/month)/ Parking allowance (VND170.000/month).

§  Selection Process: Three rounds


JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese Manager (Male)

§  Assigned to Marine Food.

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Procurement for food products

-          Negotiate with suppliers (Price/shipment/Claim and so on)

-          Control shipment/delivery/stock

-          Quality control

-          Find new suppliers, find opportunity for new business

-          Establish good relationship with customers/suppliers/logistic companies

-          Making report

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree, If possible, a graduate of Nha Trang University (Fisheries)

-          Language Skills:          English business level

-          Experience in Sales trading. Preferably experience in marine products business.

-          Good negotiation skill, communication skill, Flexibility to build & maintain good relationships with suppliers

§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: Young male

-          Age: around 30 years old
