§  Work location: District 9, HCMC (company bus is provided from Hang Xanh)

§  Work time: Monday - Saturday (7:30 - 16:50), off two Saturdays per month, lunch break 11:40 - 12:30

§  Salary range: Gross 25.000.000 - 30.000.000 VND

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Manage QA/QC team; supervise and train for subordinates

-       Take charge of quality management and improvement from both internal and external sides

-       Maintain 3Q6S in QA function

-       Deal with client’s feedback and arising issues when they happen

-       Plan and ask for approval on operational budget

-       Contact Headquarter in Japan and suppliers regarding the quality of incoming and outgoing products

-       Report to General Director and Japanese Manager on quality-related problems

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-       Language skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to N2)

-       Computing: MS Office proficiency

-       From 5+ years of experience working at similar positions in foreign manufacturing companies (Japanese ones are preferred)

-       Hand-on experience on quality team management; good knowledge about IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001

-       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-       Age: From 30

-       Able to work overtime as per requested
