JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Provide training to reseller engineers on POS firmware, POS Android/iOS applications, label software, label printer CPP calculator…
- Provide technical consultation to key end-users on the integration of the company’s label printers into its printing solution
- Product troubleshooting; respond to end-user’s complaints on product performance
- Work with ESP presales to implement customized POS firmware; understand and gather requirements, correspond with ESP presales, test and roll out firmware
- Source and perform basic compatibility test of third party media for label printers
- Channel mapping; support to identify, assess and appoint channel partners
- Conduct regular sales calls targeting top sellers; conduct sales training and sales forecast
- Market intelligence; track, gather, analyze and report market trend and competitor activities
- Support all ATL and BTL sales promotions; review and analyze ROI
- Price management; channel pricing communications; support price discount management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): English fluent
- Computing: MS Office
- From 3+ years of professional experience in POS and/or industrial label industry in Technical Sales and/or Product Marketing positions
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Around 30s
- Personality: independent, highly motivated, proactive, result-oriented
- Able to go on domestic and international business trips
