§ Position : PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER – MANUFACTURING

§ Work Location : Dong Anh Dist, Hanoi – Bus is provided
§ Work Time:
ü Monday-Friday : 8am-5pm
ü Saturday : TBD
§ Salary Range: Negotiable

JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese / Japanese Manager / Team Leader
§ Manage around 100 staffs
§ Assigned to Production Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- According to production plan, taking responsibility for production target of the factory: productivity, quality of product, safety; report to Production Manager;
- Control overall and directly related to manpower, machine, quality, time…
- Sustain and improve Production line including: Productivity, Line efficiency, Downtime, etc;
- Implementing and maintaining 5S, Kaizen in the factory;
- Follow up production plan, make report;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English business level
- 5 years experienced in production in any field
- Others (Preferable): Experiences show that CDD came up some ideas to improve the production process or productivity and achieved it.
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Male
- Age: 30-35
- Personality: enthusiastic, active
