§ Position: Store Development – Retail

§ Work Location: District 03, Ho Chi Minh City
§ Work Time: Monday – Friday (8:00 – 17:00)
(Working on Saturday AM is subject to GM’s order)
§ Salary Range: Gross VND 20,000,000 – VND 25,000,000
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year
§ Selection Process: Two rounds
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager(s)
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Looking for good places to open new stores
- Dealing, negotiating with owner of the places.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Language Skills: English – Business level
- Working experience in looking for new places to open stores.
- Know how to deal with owners.
- Be able to use Excel, word, PowerPoint…
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Gender: Any but Male preferable.
- Age: Any
- Good negotiation skill, dealing skill.
- Active, flexible.
