§ Position: Japanese Speaking – Logistics Executive - Logistics

ü Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:30pm )
ü Saturday: morning 8am-12pm (2 days off/month)
§ Salary Range: Gross $800 - $1100
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Key account management - Help to prepare reports, analysis and follow up shipments. Build up good relationship with the key personnel from the clients
- Business analysis – conduct market research, and identify the business opportunities by preparing business proposal and quotation.
- Paper work – make quotation, import/export documents accordingly
- Process control – set up control point for back end or KPI for operation, to improve the transparency, effectiveness and security of operation and information flow
- Product design – develop new product/route or improve the current product or network
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese – Business level (N1, N2)
English – business level
- Experience in Logistics field such as: Logistics, Trading, Import/Export, Warehouse,
