§ Salary range: Gross 18.000.000 - 25.000.000 VND
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese General Manager (male, 40s)
§ Currently no Marketing Manager
§ Team size: 5 members
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Suggest and implement marketing strategies and activities for the assigned products, from product development -> launching -> trade marketing -> end of life cycle
- Cooperate with regional product marketing in the new product development process
- Run new product introduction programs (in-charge of launching product activity)
- Prepare product training materials; conduct training for sales representatives, distributors and
dealers around the country
- Ensure the achievement of company targets; control and manage team members to make sure all assignments complete on time
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Vietnamese General Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related field
- Language skill(s): English business level
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- From 3+ years of experience in the role of Product Marketing, especially with technical products or consumer goods
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Around 30s
- Analytical thinking, decision making and problem solving are three most important skills
- Personality: self-runner, detailed, determined, resourceful, smart, ambitious, hard-working
- Able to go on occasional business trips
